The challenge
Arqe’s founders
came to us with an idea, and our challenge was to make that vision a reality. We knew that simply taking the initial concept and turning it into a brand might challenge norms, but wouldn’t capture imaginations in the right ways. The brand needed an identity that would appeal to open-minded residential and commercial clients, while still retaining a traditional element to avoid alienating more conservative investors, banks and financial institutions.
We began by developing a broad perspective of the current landscape, before using our insights to create a bold strategy and messaging suite.
This helped lay the foundations for core brand elements such as the name and overall visual principles. Embedding the idea of space and connectivity throughout the design process allowed us to highlight these key themes in the brand, bringing in technical-drawing-inspired graphics in intelligent ways to add structure.
